About Jo’s Hair Salon
Jo’s Hair Salon is a Hairdressers in Hatfield and was established in 1990, under the original name of ‘Champleze’ by Josephine Giddings. As a hairdresser with over 30 years experience, Josephine understood that Hatfield Town Centre needed a salon that not only offered quality of service but also a relaxing environment where clients were able to feel at ease.
After Josephine passed away in 2005 after a tremendously brave battle with Breast Cancer, the salon was taken over by her eldest daughter, Kim Lacey, who wanted to continue the wonderful work of her Mum and ensure that the clients (and staff) still enjoyed the warmth, laughter and essence of what made the salon a success.
Kim has invested a lot of time, effort and money in moving the salon to a brand new location, which not only refreshed the look, but also made accessability more available. Clients old and new are very excited about the new look ‘Jo’s Hair Salon’ and believe that the memory of Josephine not only lives on within the staff and clientele, but within her daughter Kim, who has ensured that her legacy will live on.
