Mofiz Ullah, the owner of Hatfield’s taste of India restaurant, says he and his staff are delighted with their nomination for a Curry Life Award. Mo, who originally had a career in engineering, has created a number of dishes inspired by his mother’s cooking, and based on authentic, regional cooking techniques, particularly those from East Bengal. Taste of India aims to provide quality food and service in a relaxed environment.
